GhostLatency respects the privacy and safety of every user and community that interacts with our bot and services. We do not collect, sell, trade, or share personal information with third parties. Any information related to server activity or bot functionality is used only for the purpose of operating the bot and maintaining its performance features.
GhostLatency does not share user data, Discord account information, server data, or any internal bot logs with outside organizations, advertisers, or unauthorized individuals. We also do not store unnecessary personal data from users. Any data that may temporarily exist is only used to allow the bot to function properly within Discord servers.
We do not provide access to internal systems, development tools, or administrative controls to anyone outside of the official GhostLatency development team. Security and stability are a priority, and all systems are kept private to protect the communities using the bot.

GhostLatency does not collect personal information such as real names, addresses, emails, passwords, payment information, or any private account credentials. The bot does not access private messages, personal conversations, or any information outside of what is required to function inside a Discord server.
We do not sell, trade, rent, or share any data with advertisers, marketing companies, data brokers, or third-party services. GhostLatency does not participate in data harvesting or tracking systems commonly used for advertising or analytics. Any data used by the bot is strictly limited to operational purposes.
GhostLatency also does not distribute server information, member lists, role data, moderation logs, or any internal server activity to outside parties. Server data always remains within the Discord server where the bot operates and is only used to support the bot’s functionality.
In addition, GhostLatency does not provide public access to internal systems, including administrative controls, development tools, configuration files, or bot infrastructure. These systems are restricted to the official GhostLatency development team to ensure security and stability.
